This article will assist Renters with understanding the approval process for reservations.
Reservation approval may be contingent on internal site usage, previous pending reservations under review, and staffing accommodations. Approvals can only be determined by the Facility Owner and authorized administrators. Facilitron does not approve reservations, and cannot alter the timeline for a district to approve a reservation.
If administrators require additional information regarding your event prior to approval, they may communicate with you via the Comments section of your reservation. An email notification will be sent to you if an administrator requests additional information via a comment. The timeline for decisions by Facility Owner administrators (schools, districts or municipalities) regarding reservation requests varies by organization and may be affected by school and government holidays. To follow up on your reservation and ask about approval, please leave a comment on the Reservation Details page for administrators to respond to. Administrators are typically prompt and respond in a timely manner.
Facilitron staff regularly works with administrators to address outstanding and pending requests to assist the Approval process.
