This article is for Order Administrators who need to remove account access from a user or worker in the system.


Inactivating a User or Worker Profile

Property owners and district users on Facilitron Works cannot delete users or workers from the system. If you desire to remove people from the system, you can make them inactive by opening the user or worker’s profile via Manage > People > Users or Workers. Then, click the inactive box. This removes users/workers from being an option in commenting, following, and working on work orders.

Please note: Users are never fully deleted from the system because they have work orders and historical records that must be maintained.

Next, you’ll want to uncheck "Approved" and "Include On User List Report". The Approved option gives a user access to log in to their account. The Include On User List Report option will show the person's name under Manage > People > Users. Remember to always click Update to save your changes.
