District users of the Work Order system cannot delete users, workers, properties, or work orders from the system with the exception of recurring work orders. All other items you desire to remove from the system can be made inactive by opening the user, worker, property profile, and clicking the “inactive” box. Also uncheck the “approved” and “include on user list report” when working with users and workers. Remember to always click on update to save your changes.
