This article will assist Renters with locating their account verification email, or troubleshooting why they may not have received one.


When and Where is an Account Verification Email Sent?

An Account Verification email will be sent either when you initiate the sign up process on Facilitron.com, or if an existing user adds your email address to an existing Renter Organization.

The verification email will be sent to the email address used when signing up, or to the email an existing user in a Renter Organization entered when adding your user account.


What Does an Account Verification Email Do?

If another user initiated the sign up process, your Account Verification email will contain the name of the Renter Organization you have been added to by an existing user. It will also contain a button to click which will allow you to update your password.

Click the Update Password button to proceed. You will then be brought to a webpage that will allow you to create a password for your new account.

Why Didn’t I Receive an Account Verification Email?

If you did not receive an Account Verification email, please ensure that you are checking the inbox for the correct email address used when your account was created. Once you have confirmed the correct email address inbox, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam, junk or bulk mail folders to see if the verification email was routed there.
  2. Next, ensure that your spam blocker is not filtering no-reply@facilitron.com. You may add this email to your address book to ensure you receive future communications from Facilitron as well!
  3. Check to ensure the email address entered for your account is spelled correctly.
