Switching Between Accounts - Administrators

This article will assist administrators encountering the error message below with switching from their Personal Use account to their district’s account in Facilitron. If you are experiencing a different login issue, please see Troubleshooting Login Issues - Administrators.


What if I’m Receiving an Error Page?

If you have followed a link from a Facilitron email notification and land on the error page below, you may be logged in to your Personal Use account in lieu of your district’s Facilitron account.

In order to access reservations within your district, you will need to switch over to your district’s Facilitron account. If you are not currently logged in to Facilitron, please go to facilitron.com and log in using your school email address. For assistance with logging in, please see Logging In - Administrators


Switching to Another Account

Upon logging in, you will be able to switch between the accounts by going to Other Accounts > (Other Account), as shown below.

Please note that if you have one or more accounts under a different email address, you will need to use that email address to access those accounts. 

After changing accounts, you will be able to follow the link you were trying to access previously, and land in the correct place. If issues persist, please reach out to Facilitron Support by emailing [email protected] or calling us at (800) 272-2962.
