Logging In Using Standard Google SSO - Administrators

This article assists administrators whose organizations use standard Google SSO with logging into Facilitron S&R. 

How to Log In if Your District Uses Single Sign On (SSO)

If your organization uses Google Single Sign On (Google SSO), you can log in to Facilitron using your Google Workspace account. To sign in, go to facilitron.com, enter your school email address, and continue through the Google authentication prompts to access your Facilitron account.

Log In Steps

1. Navigate to the login screen of the application.
2. Enter your district email address and click Next. This will then prompt a Google Authentication pop up for sign in.
3. Click the Continue with Google or Sign in with Google button.
4. A Google pop-up window or redirect screen will appear.
5. Choose your company Google account from the list of logged-in accounts.
6. If your account is not listed, click Use another account and enter your work email and password.
7. If this is your very first time logging in, click Allow or Grant Access when asked to share your basic profile information with the app.
8. The pop-up will close, and you will be securely logged into your dashboard. 

Browser Requirements for Google SSO

If you're having trouble signing in with Google SSO, make sure you're using Google Chrome or Firefox and that pop-ups are enabled in your browser. When you sign in, a Google pop-up will appear prompting you to select your school Google account. Sign in using the same password you use for your school email account.

How to Allow Pop-Ups on Chrome

1. Navigate to Chrome preferences.
2. Click Show advanced settings.
3. In the Privacy section click the Content settings (depending on your browser version this may say Site settings).
4. In the Pop-ups section, click Manage exceptions.
5. Be sure to add www.facilitron.com to your list of allowed sites.

How to Allow Pop-Ups on Firefox

1. Navigate to Firefox preferences.
2. Click Privacy & Security.
3. Under the Permissions section, click Exceptions.
4. Add www.facilitron.com to your list of allowed sites.

How to Allow Pop-Ups on Edge

1. Navigate to Edge preferences.
2. Click Cookies and Site Permissions.
3. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Add www.facilitron.com to your list of allowed sites.

If you are unable to access the settings for allowing pop-ups in your browser, please contact your IT department. 

How to Reset Your Password, or Forgotten Passwords

Please note that if you have forgotten or need to reset your password for SSO, you will need to contact your school or district administrator or IT department. Facilitron does not manage SSO passwords and will not be able to assist you with resetting your password.
