Account Administrators may have the ability to add additional Staff to their account based on their role and permissions. If your role permits you to add additional users, please follow the steps below for either a District or School Administrator.


District Administrator

From the "Dashboard" choose "Set Up" and select "Users" from the drop down menu. Then select the Organization to attach the user to from the drop down menu. Next choose the "Add New User" button. 

 


School Administrator

From the "Dashboard" choose "Set Up" and select "Users" from the drop down menu. Then select the "Add New User" button.  

Fill in the requested information and then make sure that you choose the correct "Role" for the new user. Note: Roles are configured in the system to allow Staff different levels of permission. If you are not sure which role to choose, please contact your Facilitron Account Manager for clarification.



Roles are typically configured based on the following:


View: View Only. Can view reservations and make comments.
PA: Pre-Approval. Can modify and pre-approve any reservation.
EA: Enhanced Access. Can modify and pre-approve external reservations (placed by someone outside of this organization). Can modify and approve/decline internal reservations. Internal reservations placed by this role are approved automatically. A reservation with multiple facilities must have all of them set to EA or FA for Approve/Decline.
EA+: Enhanced Access Plus. Can modify and pre-approve external reservations (placed by someone outside of this organization). Can modify and approve/decline internal reservations and reservations from other organizations under the same control, i.e. district. Internal reservations placed by this role are approved automatically. A reservation with multiple facilities must have all of them set to EA+ or FA for Approve/Decline.
FA: Full Access. Can modify and approve/decline any reservation. Internal reservations placed by this role are approved automatically. A reservation with multiple facilities must have all of them set to EA or FA for Approve/Decline.
