Properties
Any separate location within the organization, typically these would be schools, District Ancillary Facilities such as Head start, District Office, Food Services Etc.
Locations-Spaces-Doors at Property
This is where you can add all locations to a property. Typically these would be class rooms, Gyms. MPRs, Restrooms, etc. Any specific area where work orders are going to be addressed. You can also associate doors to locations for Key Management purposes.
Property Classifications
All properties need a classification (or type) such as high school, middle school ancillary facilities etc.
Regions
Intended for larger districts that divide up their districts into regional subdivisions.
Regional Subdivisions
Smaller groupings of large district sites based on a geographic area.
