Once districts are fully utilizing the work order system (i.e. all major Assets along with current conditions e.g. good/fair/poor will need to be tracked in the system), you can generate a complete Preventive Maintenance plan for your district. This will provide your Maintenance and Operation department’s Preventive Maintenance component of the District’s Facility Master Plan.
