Please note that this article is intended to assist Renters with resetting a forgotten password. For assistance in resetting a forgotten password as an Administrator or Facility Owner, please see Forgot Password - Administrators.

If you have previously created an account but are having trouble logging in, you will need to reset your password by selecting Trouble Logging In? from the Log In page.

Enter the email address used when your account was created, and select Send.

If your email is registered with us, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. You must follow the link in the email to create a new password.


Trouble Receiving Password Reset Email

If you do not receive a password reset email in your inbox, please check your email’s spam or junk mailbox folders. 

Please note that password reset emails will only be sent to users that have already been registered on the Facilitron platform.

If your email is not registered with us:

  1. You haven't created an account yet.
  2. You are using a different email from the one you used to create your account.
  3. You are part of a Facility Owner organization (like a school district), and your account has not been created in the Facility Owner organization.

If you have verified that your email is registered with us (either from previous communication to your email address, or by reaching out to Facilitron Support), but are still encountering trouble receiving a password reset email, please try the following;

  • Add no-reply@facilitron.com to your email address book.
  • If you're using Google Chrome (recommended), add www.facilitron.com as an approved Pop-Up.

These are the steps for adding www.facilitron.com to your Google Chrome browser (Desktop, Android or iOS):

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click "Settings"
  3. In the “Privacy and security” section, Choose "Site Settings"
  4. Click "Pop-ups and redirects"
  5. Under Allow, click "Add"
  6. Add www.facilitron.com, and click "Add"

You may alternatively change the toggle switch at the top of the page to "Allow" which will allow all pop-ups from any site, but this is not recommended by Google.
