N/A or NONE is an acceptable aggregate value, INCLUDED is also acceptable for line items.
SAM may be listed in the general liability, as an add-on policy at the bottom of the COI or in the DoO.
Some districts only require SAM or Automobile coverage if the reservation/renter will have children or automobiles on the premises. To determine if it is a requirement for the specific reservation, be sure to review the District's insurance policy. When in doubt, leave a Facilitron Alert for Facilitron to review.
If a renter is stating they should be exempt from a certain requirement first check your District policy for any renter notes, and if none are found leave a Facilitron Alert for Facilitron to review.
If a self-insured document is uploaded (for a city or other government entity), first check the District's insurance policy for any guidance. If no information is found, check renter notes, the comment section, and previously verified COI’s (if available). If sufficient guidance is not provided for the self-insured document, leave aa Facilitron Alert for Facilitron to advise if the Insurance satisfies district requirements.
Fire Damage and Damage to Rented Premises are synonymous and interchangeable.
Property Damage is included in CGL. Damage to Rented Premises is not.
Bodily Injury is included in CGL, unless the district specifies the Bodily Injury requirement is related to Automobile Coverage. If related to Auto coverage, then the Bodily Injury line item will need to be met in the Auto Coverage section.
Umbrella coverage can raise the general aggregate and general limit per occurrence of any policy number (same or different). To raise specific policy terms the umbrella coverage must have a different policy number.
If a renter uploads their documents separately (COI, AI, Waiver of Subrogation, etc.) and they need to be combined for verification purposes, download the documents. Once downloaded, open the COI in preview on your computer and go Edit > Insert > Page from File. Insert all applicable pages, save. Reupload the combined documents to the insurance section, and verify/invalidate as needed.
