Consumable Inventory is purchased in bulk by the district and disbursed to the sites as needed for operations. Items like plywood, cleaning materials, nuts, bolts etc.
Here you can add the items you want to track in the system that will be deducted from inventory via the inventory tab of the cost screen for Work Orders. This will allow notification when the stock of a certain item gets to the point where reorder is needed.
Consumable inventory can be broken down into types to allow for various kinds of material being checked out to be ‘consumed’ by district staff.
