School Districts sometimes have multiple properties overseen by a single administrator. To set up a Work Order system approver for multiple sites, follow this process. 


1. Identify the name of the grouping of schools to be included in this approval grouping: i.e. Mike’s Group, Go to Manage>People>Approval Groupings, click add new and add the group name, click update.


2. Go to Manage>Places>Properties, evoke the property list, notice there is an approval group column on the property list. Go through the list and open each appropriate property profile (alliteration!) and add the approval group name to the property, click update.


3. Go to the user list Manage>People>Users, find the appropriate user, give them the role order approver multiple sites and add the approval group name to their user profile.
