This article will assist Order Administrators with creating Worker Crews, and adding users to them in Facilitron Works.
Creating a Worker Crew
After logging in to Facilitron Works, go to Manage > People > Worker Crews. You will land on the “Worker Crews/Staff Groupings” page shown below. To add a new worker crew, click the blue “+Add New” button at the top right of the page.
Next, you’ll arrive at the page below, where you can name your crew and select their region and division if applicable. Click “Insert” to save the crew. If you need to edit the name or other details of the crew, you can do so later by clicking “Edit” to the right of the crew information.
Adding a Worker to a Worker Crew
To add a worker to a crew, go to Manage > People > Workers. This will take you to the page below, where you can search for the worker that you would like to add to a crew. Remember to press “Apply Filter” to search.
Once you’ve found the worker you’re looking for, click on their name to access their worker profile.
Once you’re in the Worker profile, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update.” Next, you’ll scroll up to the “Crew” field, and add or change the crew the worker needs to be in. Press “Update” at the bottom of the page to save the change.
