How to request a change to your reservation



After a reservation has been submitted, if you need to make a change for instance, change time or date, or swap/move dates etc, you can submit a Change Request.

Please note that there are two types of change requests that may be displayed, Option 1 and Option 2, that may be used depending on which type the facility owner has decided to implement. 



Here's how it works.

Go to your reservation's detail page (If you don't see your reservations, see the support article: Where Are My Reservations?).

How to request a change

After a reservation has been submitted, changing it requires that you "Request Changes" from the renter organization.

Go to your reservation's detail page (If you don't see your reservations, see the support article: Where Are My Reservations?).

On the reservation detail page you will find a "Request Changes" button.

When you click on Request Changes, you will be able to enter in detail what changes you want to request. Describe the specific changes and click Submit.

Your request will be sent to the district for review and approval. Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section at the bottom of the page. If the request is approved an update will be made.









Option 2 Change Request Instructions:


On the reservation detail page you will find a "Change/Cancel Reservation" button.  



The next screen will prompt you what you would like to do? You can:

- Change time
- Add Dates

- Move Dates
- Remove Dates
- Cancel the Reservation
- Request Other Changes




Select a change you would like to make, then click the Continue button. Let's explore the process for each of these options.

How to request to Change time 

 

Select the Change time radio button to request to change time of the event to a different time of day

Then click the Continue button.



Select the date from your reservation that you would like to reschedule. Your selected date will display the current date and time. In the box below with the time blocks, select the new time for you would like to change to. 


Below this section you can choose other dates that you may want to make the same time change to. Check the boxes you'd like to apply this change to.


The final screen will confirm the changes you'd like to make. Submit to send your changes.


If your reservation is in Pending status the change will be made automatically. Your request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.

Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section at the bottom of the Reservation Detail page. 


How to request to Add dates


Click Add dates to copy (duplicate) an existing date to other date(s). 

click Continue button.

Please note: If you would like to add a day with new schedule (start and end time), please select “Other changes”.


From the dropdown, select a current date you would like to copy.  

Then select the new day(s) on calendar you want to copy this date and time to.

If you would like to select another day to copy, select a different day from the dropdown and repeat the steps above.


When finished adding all dates, click Continue.


You will be able to review all your changes on the next screen and add Notes for the facility owner.


Click Submit to send your change request. You will receive a confirmation on the next screen.

Please note: If you reservation request is in Pending status, these changes will be added to your reservation right away.

For approved reservations, the request to add dates will be submitted to the facility owner for approval. Once your request is approved, you will receive notification and an update to reservation will be made.


How to request to Move dates


After clicking the Change/Cancel reservation button, on the next panel, click Move dates to move an existing date to a different date and then click the Continue button


Your next screen will display a list of dates from your reservation. If you have multiple dates you can scroll down on this screen to see them all.



Select a date you would like to move and click the "Select new date to display the calendar to select a new date


Click Continue. The next screen confirms the changes you have selected.


Once you review your request, you can add Notes and click Submit. You will see a notice confirming your Change Request



Please note: If your reservation is in Pending status, these dates will moved on your reservation right away.

For approved reservations, the request to move dates will be submitted to the facility owner for approval. Once request is approved, you will receive notification and an update to reservation will be made.

How to request to Remove dates


After clicking the Change/Cancel reservation button, on the next panel, select Remove dates


Click the Continue button at the bottom of the panel.

Select a date(s) to remove 

Click Continue

Once you review your request, you can add Notes and click Submit.

Please note: If reservation request is pending, these dates will be immediately removed from your reservation right away.

For approved reservations, the request to remove dates will be submitted to the facility owner for approval. Once request is approved, you will receive notification and an update to reservation will be made.


How to Cancel a Reservation


After clicking the Change/Cancel reservation button, select Cancel Reservation and click the Continue button



Once you review your request, you can add optional notes or reason for cancellation on the next confirmation screen.


Click the Continue button to proceed. The request will be sent to facility owner for approval and you will receive a confirmation of your request. 

Please note: If your reservation is in Pending status, the reservation will be Cancelled. For Approved reservations, the request to Cancel will be submitted to the facility owner for review. You will receive a notification once processed. Depending on the Districts cancellation policy, you may incur some charges on your cancellation.

 

How to request Other changes

To request any other changes to our reservation, clicking the Change/Cancel reservation button, select Other Changes and click Continue



Enter details of your request


Click Send Request


Note: Your request will be sent to the district for review. Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section at the bottom of Reservation Details page and you will receive an email on the request.

If the request is approved an update will be made on your reservation and you will receive notification.
