If you need to make a change to your Reservation’s dates, times, facilities, etc. after it has been submitted, you can submit a Change Request.

Please note that there are two types of change requests that may be displayed based on the Facility Owner’s configuration. Please follow the steps below depending on what option is available to you.

Change Request Type #1

  1. Navigate to your Reservation Details page (See Using The Dashboard - Renters).
  2. If the Facility Owner is using Type #1 Change Requests, then the Request Changes button will appear as shown below.

When you click on Request Changes, you will be able to enter in detail what changes you want to request. Describe the specific changes and click Submit.

Your request will be sent to the Facility Owner for review and approval, and will also be recorded in the Comments section at the bottom of the page.

Please note that the Facility Owner must approve your requested change before it can be made.

Change Request Type #2 Overview

  1. Navigate to your Reservation Details page (See Using The Dashboard - Renters).
  2. If the Facility Owner is using Type #2 Change Requests, then the Request Changes button will appear as shown below.

When you click Change/Cancel Reservation a pop-up will appear and allow you to select from the following options;

  1. Change time
  2. Add Dates
  3. Move Dates
  4. Remove Dates
  5. Cancel the Reservation
  6. Request Other Changes

Change Request Type #2 - Change Time

  • Click Change time to request to change the time of your event, then click Continue.

  • If your reservation has multiple dates, select the date that you would like to reschedule. Your selected date will display the current date and time. Under Select New Time, select the new timeslot you would like for the event date.
    • Please note at this step, if your reservation has multiple dates and you would like to apply this new timeslot to one or more of them you may select Check All, or the individual date(s) this update should be applied to, and click Continue.
  • You will then be shown a summary of your requested change, as well as any Additional Charges that may apply.
  • Review your requested changes, and Add a note for the Facility Owner to review.
  • If your requested changes look correct, click Submit, and a notice confirming your Change Request will appear.
  • If your reservation is in Pending status the change will be made automatically.
  • If your reservation is in Approved status, your change request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.
  • Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section of your Reservation Details page.  

Change Request Type #2 - Add Dates

  • Click Add dates to copy (duplicate) an existing date on your reservation, to other date(s) and click Continue.
    • Please note: If you would like to add a day with a different timeslot or facilities, please select Other changes.

  • From the dropdown, select a current date on your reservation that you would like to copy.  
  • Then select the new date(s) on the calendar that you would like to replicate your original date, time, and facility to.
    • If you would like to select another date from your reservation to copy, select the different date from the dropdown and repeat the above steps.
  • When you’ve finished adding all new dates to your reservation, click Continue.
  • You will then be shown a summary of your requested change, as well as any Additional Charges that may apply.
  • Review your requested changes, and Add a note for the Facility Owner to review.
  • If your requested changes look correct, click Submit, and a notice confirming your Change Request will appear.
  • If your reservation is in Pending status the change will be made automatically.
  • If your reservation is in Approved status, your change request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.
  • Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section of your Reservation Details page.  

Change Request Type #2 - Move Dates

  • Click Move dates to move an existing date to a different date, and click Continue.

  • To change one (or more) of your dates, click Select new date next to the original date you would like to change.
  • A Calendar with the current available dates will appear, select the new date. 
    • If you need to change more than one date, repeat the above steps as many times as necessary and then click Continue.
  • You will then be shown a summary of your requested change, as well as any Additional Charges that may apply.
  • Review your requested changes, and Add a note for the Facility Owner to review.
  • If your requested changes look correct, click Submit, and a notice confirming your Change Request will appear.
  • If your reservation is in Pending status the change will be made automatically.
  • If your reservation is in Approved status, your change request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.
  • Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section of your Reservation Details page.

Change Request Type #2 - Remove Dates

  • Click Remove dates to remove an existing date, and click Continue.

  • Select the date(s) you would like to remove from your Reservation and click Continue.
    • Please note that this is considered a partial cancellation, and the date(s) requested to be removed must be in line with the Facility Owner’s cancellation policy. See Cancelling a Reservation for more information.
  • Review your requested changes, and Add a note for the Facility Owner to review.
  • If your requested changes look correct, click Submit, and a notice confirming your Change Request will appear.
  • If your reservation is in Pending status the change will be made automatically.
  • If your reservation is in Approved status, your change request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.
  • Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section of your Reservation Details page.

Change Request Type #2 - Cancel the Reservation

  • Click Cancel reservation to request to cancel your entire reservation, and click Continue.

  • Please note that your cancellation must be in line with the Facility Owner’s cancellation policy. See Cancelling a Reservation for more information.
  • Review your requested changes, and Add a note for the Facility Owner to review.
  • If your requested changes look correct, click Submit, and a notice confirming your Cancellation Request will appear.
  • If your reservation is in Pending status the cancellation will be made automatically.
  • If your reservation is in Approved status, your cancellation request will be sent to the district for review and approval. If your request is approved an update will be made.
  • Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section of your Reservation Details page.

Change Request Type #2 - Other Changes

  • Click Other Changes to request any other changes be made to your reservation, and click Continue.

  • Note what changes you are requesting in the Other Changes comment box and click Submit. A notice confirming your Change Request will appear.
  • Your request will be sent to the Facility Owner for review. Your request also will be recorded in the Comments section at the bottom of your Reservation Details page.
  • If your requested changes are approved, an update will be made on your reservation and you will receive notification via email.
