COMMUNITY-FACING RENTAL SITE

The community-facing request portal is where community organizations come to search and request school facilities available for the community to rent. Only facilities that are made available to the public are visible on the community request portal. Similarly, of the facilities available, only after-school dates and times are available for the public to request.

NOTE: Organization members (like teachers or coaches) who go through the community rental site will not see all the facilities or times that might be available to them as an internal requester (such as during school hours). Those requests need to originate on the administrative back end where all times and facilities will be available for scheduling.

DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL CENTER

The administrative back end is where internal requests originate and where administrators go to manage pending requests from the community or other internal users. The back end is where you will find the calendar and your administrative dashboard - an overview of pending requests and upcoming reservations. As an administrator, this is where you will spend most of your time.
